Company: Ashapura Developers

Key Responsibilities

Designing and developing architectural plans and layouts for residential and commercial redevelopment projects.

Preparing conceptual, schematic, and detailed drawings in line with client requirements and project feasibility.

Overseeing design modifications and resolving on-site design challenges.

Required Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Illustrator, and 3D Modelling.

Knowledge of animation/visualization tools is an added advantage.

Strong ability to translate concepts into clear, practical designs.

Experience as an Assistant Architect or in a similar role preferred.

Qualifications:

Diploma/ Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Architecture.

COA registration preferred.

1–5 years of relevant experience (redevelopment experience is a plus).

Opportunity to work on exciting redevelopment and construction projects.
