Key Responsibilities:
Prepare space planning, drawings, 2D working drawings, and detailed layouts.
Concept development based on moodboards, material palette and theme direction.
Coordinate architectural drawings, electrical, plumbing, ceiling, modular drawings etc with vendors and site execution.
Create 3D visualization understanding (knowledge of 3D software preferred).
Prepare BOQ and finishing material selection.
Site visits, quality control & material approvals.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, agencies & carpentry teams.
Ensure design is executed exactly as per finalized drawings & specifications.
Handle client presentations and revisions professionally.
Eligibility / Skills Required:
Degree in Interior Design / B.Arch (preferred).
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup / 3D, MS Office.
Strong design sense & updated with current design trends.
Good communication and ability to manage timelines.
Ability to handle multiple projects and multi-stakeholder coordination.
