2D/3D Architect

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect / Interior Designer to join our team at Mahagaonkar Associates. The candidate will be responsible for designing functional, aesthetically pleasing, and cost-effective residential and commercial spaces. The role involves concept development, space planning, 2D/3D design, client coordination, and site supervision. Typical responsibilities for similar roles include preparing layouts, creating design concepts, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements.

• Create detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, and 3D visualizations.

• Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, and material specifications.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and project teams.

• Conduct site visits and supervise project execution.

• Ensure designs comply with project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

• Prepare presentations, BOQs, and project documentation.

• Assist in material selection, finishes, lighting, and décor planning.

• Resolve design and execution issues during project implementation.

Required Skills

 Basic knowledge of Revit.

 Good computer skills and comfort with technology.

 Strong willingness to learn new software and workflows.

 Good communication and teamwork skills.

 Attention to detail.

 AutoCAD

 SketchUp

 Enscape / Lumion

 BIM workflows

 Point cloud or 3D modelling exposure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
