Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and creative Architect to join our team at Kaling Architectures Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have experience in architectural planning, designing, preparing drawings, and coordinating with project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural plans, layouts, elevations, and working drawings.

- Develop 2D and 3D designs as per project requirements.

- Prepare detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects.

- Coordinate with structural engineers, interior designers, and site teams.

- Visit project sites when required and ensure designs follow project specifications.

- Make design modifications according to client requirements.

- Ensure accuracy and quality of architectural drawings.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD.

- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or other architectural design software.

- Understanding of building plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings.

- Knowledge of building materials and construction processes.

- Good design, communication, and coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in architecture.

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) preferred/required as per role requirements.

- Candidates must have a strong portfolio of previous projects.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
