Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Profile

Jaypro Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and skilled 2D & 3D Interior/Exterior Designer to join our Patna office. The candidate will be responsible for preparing 2D architectural drawings and creating attractive 3D designs, renders and visualizations for residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare 2D floor plans, elevations, sections and working drawings.

- Create 3D interior and exterior designs for residential and commercial projects.

- Design front elevations, facades, rooms, kitchens, living areas, bedrooms and other spaces.

- Prepare realistic 3D views and renders for client presentations.

- Understand client requirements and convert concepts into professional designs.

- Make revisions according to client requirements and project changes.

- Coordinate with the sales, site and construction teams.

- Visit project sites when required for measurements and design understanding.

- Select and apply suitable materials, textures, colours, furniture, lighting and finishes.

- Ensure designs are practical and suitable for actual construction.

- Prepare design presentations for client meetings.

- Manage multiple projects and complete designs within deadlines.

Required Software Skills

- AutoCAD – 2D drawings and drafting

- SketchUp / 3ds Max – 3D modelling

- V-Ray / Corona / Lumion / Enscape / D5 – Rendering

- Photoshop and Revit knowledge will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of interior and exterior design

- Strong understanding of architectural and construction drawings

- Good 2D drafting and 3D visualization skills

- Creative approach with good design sense

- Knowledge of materials, textures, lighting and finishes

- Ability to understand client requirements

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Qualification

Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architectural Drafting, 3D Visualization or a related field.

Freshers with strong AutoCAD/3D software skills and a good portfolio can also apply.

Portfolio

Candidates should preferably have a portfolio of 2D drawings and 3D interior/exterior designs for evaluation during the interview.

Salary & Growth

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on skills, experience and portfolio.
