We are looking for a talented and responsible Architect to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Architectural Drawings and detailed working drawings.
Prepare 2D Plans, Floor Plans and Layouts as per project requirements.
Prepare Building Elevations and 3D views.
Prepare Project Estimates and Quantity Calculations.
Develop architectural concepts and space planning.
Prepare drawings as per site conditions and client requirements.
Coordinate with clients, civil engineers and site engineers.
Make necessary revisions in drawings and plans.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with the execution team.
Ensure accuracy and quality of drawings, estimates and plans.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Architecture or relevant field.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD, 2D Drawing, Elevation and Planning.
Knowledge of Estimation and Quantity Calculation.
Understanding of building construction and site execution.
Good communication and coordination skills.
