Team Member-Transaction screening-HO & SUPPORT-Business Process Management Group Role – Transaction Monitoring-Team Member Department RCU Transaction monitoring Team Location Infinity-Goregaon-Mumbai Reporting Relationships Transaction Monitoring-Team Manager Position Grade M1/M2 Team Member (Reviewer /Analyst) – Transaction/Fraud monitoring Monitoring of transactions & alerts online / real time for fraud detection and prevention. Detection and prevention of fraud on through account transaction monitoring and quick decision on alerts to reduce the financial losses to customer. Optimum use of fraud monitoring system/tools, Finacle and Dotnet. Out calling the customers on real time for confirmation of transactions & blocking the channels and marking debit freeze on accounts instantly. Preparation of various MIS which includes updation of daily tracker, collation of monthly MIS, Team activity MIS. Act on mails sent by branches for closure of alerts. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same role. Graduate with good academics. Keen Eye for detailing Good communication & interaction skills. Logical and analytical skills. Knowledge of MS-Office, preference for excel Work in shifts for real time transactions monitoring Real time out calling on alerted transactions Real time channel blocking and account freeze marking Various MIS preparation- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Action on Mail/Service Requests within TAT Coordination with various other department
