Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students and prospective customers.

• Explain courses, training programs, fees, and admission procedures.

• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.

• Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable courses.

• Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.

• Handle student queries professionally and provide accurate information.

• Follow up with existing and old leads regularly.

• Achieve assigned calling and admission targets.

• Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Hindi communication is required; basic English is preferred.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Previous experience in telecalling, counselling, or sales will be an advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Target-oriented and confident personality.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
