Tax Exceptions Analyst

Team Member - Tax Exception (ARIBA & SAP) We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Exceptions Analyst to support global tax exception processes across procurement and ERP platforms. This role will be responsible for managing tax-related invoice exceptions, partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, supporting regional ERP implementations, and providing reporting and insights to leadership. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, process improvement experience, and the capability to work effectively with global stakeholders across North America, Europe, and other regions. Core Responsibilities ✅ Tax Exception Management Support ERP/SAP tax exception processes for North America and Europe. Investigate, track, and resolve tax-related system exceptions. ✅ System Implementation Support Support SAP/iERP rollout activities from the Tax function perspective. Assess and address tax impacts arising from system implementations. ✅ Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Tax, Finance, IT, Procurement, and Accounts Payable teams to resolve issues. Drive resolution of recurring exception trends through collaborative problem-solving. ✅ Management Reporting Provide accurate data and analysis for senior management reviews. Support preparation of dashboards covering: Exception volumes Aging analysis Root causes Risks and mitigation plans Action item status ✅ Process Excellence Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives. Remain agile and flexible as systems, processes, and organizational requirements evolve. Education / Certification / Experience: B.Com / M.Com / MBA with 2-3 years of experience handling Multiple Region Tax Must be good in Communication (Oral and Verbal).
