Job Title: Tax Consultant

We're expanding our team and looking for a driven tax professional ready to take ownership of client relationships and work. This is a role with real responsibility — you'll work closely with our leadership team, mentor junior staff, and be the face of the firm for a set of clients.

What You'll Do:

• Independently manage a portfolio of clients — their primary point of contact for tax and compliance matters
• Own end-to-end GST, TDS, and Income Tax filing and compliance
• Guide and review the work of junior accountant
• Undertake Labour law compliances (ESI, EPF, etc.)
• Support audits and balance sheet finalization

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a CA firm / tax consultancy
• B.Com mandatory; CA-Inter (pursuing or cleared) preferred
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance
• Confidence to communicate directly with clients and take ownership of outcomes
• A hands-on approach — this role is as much about doing the work as guiding others. We're looking for someone happy to roll up their sleeves, not just delegate
• A collaborative mindset — comfortable guiding junior team members
