Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Consultant (Fresher/0–2 years) to assist in Indian taxation and statutory compliance work. The role offers strong learning exposure in both direct and indirect taxation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in filing GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.)

• Support Income Tax Return (ITR) filing

• Assist in TDS/TCS compliance and return filing

• Perform GST reconciliations (GSTR-2B vs books)

• Help in responding to tax notices and departmental queries

• Maintain statutory records and compliance documentation

• Coordinate with clients for data collection

• Stay updated with changes in Indian tax laws

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Basic understanding of GST, Income Tax, and TDS

• Familiarity with GST and Income Tax portals (preferred)

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word

• Good communication and time-management skills

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
