Job Summary

We are looking for a Tally Support Executive responsible for providing technical and functional support for Tally ERP/Tally Prime users. The candidate should assist clients with installation, troubleshooting, data management, GST compliance, and basic accounting issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Tally.ERP 9 and TallyPrime

• Provide remote and onsite support to customers

• Troubleshoot accounting, GST, and taxation-related issues in Tally

• Manage data backup, restore, and data migration

• Handle Tally synchronization and multi-user setup

• Generate financial reports (Balance Sheet, P&L, GST reports, etc.)

• Assist clients with Tally customization (basic level)

• Coordinate with internal teams for complex technical issues

• Maintain support tickets and documentation

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of accounting principles

• Strong understanding of GST and Indian taxation

• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel

• Good communication skills

• Problem-solving ability

Qualification

• B.Com / BBA / M.Com (Preferred)

• Certification in Tally (added advantage)

• 0–3 years of experience in Tally support or accounting

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
