● Resolving a maximum number of queries via phone, remote desk.

● Engaging with clients to understand their queries and providing effective

solutions.

● Setting work priorities based on the urgency of situations and ensuring the

completion of the entire query resolution cycle.

● Knowledgeable about Tally software.
