Job Title: Tally Operator – Retail Store

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tally Operator to manage daily accounting and billing activities for a retail store. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally and basic knowledge of retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily billing and invoicing using Tally

• Maintain purchase and sales entries

• Manage stock entries and inventory records

• Perform GST billing and basic compliance entries

• Handle cash, bank, and ledger entries

• Generate daily/weekly sales reports

• Coordinate with store team for stock updates

• Ensure accuracy in financial records

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Tally (Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime)

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles

• Experience in retail store operations preferred

• Familiarity with GST billing

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic Excel knowledge

Salary:

₹6,000 – ₹10,000 per month
