Tally Operater

We are looking for a Tally Operator / Accounts Executive to join our team at [Kgn Enterprises]. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting entries, handling billing processes, recording bank statement transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records in Tally software. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper documentation, timely data entry, and smooth coordination with internal teams and clients. This position offers an in-hand salary of [15000 to 20000] along with opportunities for professional growth and skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting tasks including purchase and sales bill entry, invoice generation, payment and receipt entries, and expense recording in Tally. Record and reconcile bank statements regularly to ensure accuracy. Maintain ledgers, cash book, bank book, and outstanding reports. Assist in GST entries and basic tax-related documentation. Prepare financial summaries and reports as required by management. Draft and respond to professional emails in English when required and maintain proper filing of financial records.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is equivalent commerce background with 6-12 Months of experience (freshers with strong Tally knowledge may also apply). Candidates must have good working knowledge of Tally ERP or Tally Prime, basic accounting principles. Strong written and spoken English communication skills are required. Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to handle financial records responsibly are essential for this role. Tally certification and knowledge of GST will be considered an added advantage.
