We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant (Tally Operator) to join our team. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting work, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accurate bookkeeping using Tally software.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting entries using Tally ERP.

• Maintain records of payments, receipts, expenses, and invoices.

• Prepare purchase, sales, and ledger entries accurately.

• Perform bank reconciliation and cash book management.

• Maintain GST records and assist with tax-related documentation.

• Generate financial reports as required by management.

• Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.

• Assist in audits and compliance-related activities.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Commerce background preferred.

• Knowledge of Tally ERP is mandatory.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.

• Freshers with strong Tally knowledge can also apply.

• This is an office-based role.

• No deposit or charges are required from candidates.
