Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tally Operator to manage daily accounting entries, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate bookkeeping using Tally ERP/Tally Prime. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, proficiency in Tally, and good organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

• Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.

• Generate invoices, quotations, debit notes, and credit notes.

• Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.

• Perform bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance.

• Track accounts receivable and accounts payable.

• Assist in GST data preparation and statutory compliance.

• Maintain stock and inventory records in Tally (if applicable).

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Organize and maintain accounting documents and records.

• Coordinate with the Accounts and Finance team for audit and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

• Certification in Tally ERP/Tally Prime preferred.

Experience

• Fresher to 2 years of experience as a Tally Operator or Accounts Assistant.

• Freshers with strong Tally knowledge are encouraged to apply.
