Company Overview

V Kishan Chand Ganga Ram is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Billing Executive / Tally Operator to manage billing operations, POS invoicing, accounting entries, and daily financial transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage POS invoices and B2B invoices

• Handle billing operations accurately through Tally ERP / Tally Prime

• Maintain sales, purchase, and stock-related entries

• Record and manage daily financial transactions

• Prepare GST-related invoices and maintain proper documentation

• Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for billing and dispatch

• Maintain customer ledgers, payment records, and outstanding reports

• Verify rates, discounts, and tax calculations before invoicing

• Handle debit notes, credit notes, and invoice corrections when required

• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of bills and accounting records

• Assist in bank reconciliation and basic accounting tasks

• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of company financial data

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP

• Understanding of GST billing and taxation

• Experience in POS billing and B2B invoicing

• Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge

• Knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/wholesale environment

Qualification

• Graduate or Undergraduate

• Commerce background preferred

• 1–3 years experience in billing/accounting preferred

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday

• 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM

• Sunday Off

Salary

Salary will be based on experience and skill set.
