Tally Executive / Accounts Executive

Location: Ajmer, Civil Lines
Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: 15000-20000

Time: 10AM-6 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BMS or equivalent

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tally Executive / Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, billing and financial entries using Tally Prime. The candidate should have good knowledge of basic accounting, GST and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime.

• Record Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, Contra and Journal entries.

• Prepare and verify sales invoices, purchase bills, debit notes and credit notes.

• Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and outstanding records.

• Maintain proper bills, vouchers and supporting financial documents.

• Prepare basic MIS, ledger and outstanding reports.

• Timely updating of accounting records.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP.

• Good understanding of accounting principles.

• Working knowledge of GST and TDS.

• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel.

• Good numerical and analytical skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Profile

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounts/Tally operations.

• B.Com / M.Com / BMS preferred.

• Experience in invoicing, reconciliation and GST-related work will be an advantage.

• Tally certification will be an added advantang
