Job Description:

We are looking for an Accounts Staff with basic knowledge of accounting and statutory compliances. The candidate should be familiar with Tally, GST filing, and TDS filing, and be willing to learn and grow with the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally

• Prepare and update purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries

• Assist in GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)

• Assist in TDS return preparation and filing

• Maintain accounting records, bills, vouchers, and invoices

• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers

• Coordinate with auditors and consultants when required

• Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies

• Support senior accounts staff in daily accounting work

Skills & Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce or related field

• Basic working knowledge of Tally

• Basic understanding of GST and TDS

• Good knowledge of MS Excel

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to meet deadlines

• Willingness to learn and take responsibility

Preferred Candidate:

• B.Com / M.Com graduate

• Basic experience in accounting or internship experience

• Good communication and organizational skills
