Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Tally Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and handle GST-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime.

• Handle sales invoices, purchase entries, receipts, and payments.

• Maintain ledgers, cash books, bank books, and journal entries.

• Prepare and maintain GST invoices and related documentation.

• Assist with GST returns, TDS, and other tax-related activities.

• Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer account reconciliation.

• Maintain proper records of bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.

• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and the internal team regarding accounts and payments.

• Prepare basic financial reports and assist in month-end closing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.

• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.

• Good data-entry accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to maintain proper documentation and accounting records.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
