Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Tally Executive to manage daily accounting entries, billing, vouchers, and financial records using Tally software. The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and good accuracy in maintaining financial data.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting entries in Tally ERP.
Maintain sales, purchase, payment, and receipt vouchers.
Prepare invoices and maintain billing records.
Manage GST entries and documentation.
Maintain expense records and petty cash.
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
Prepare basic financial reports and MIS reports.
Coordinate with management for account-related tasks.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of records.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Tally ERP.
Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting principles.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential financial information.
Qualification:
12th Pass/ Graduate / Undergraduate
Commerce background preferred.
Experience:
Fresher & Experienced both can apply.
