Sr. Accounts Executive

Job Title: Senior Accounts & Finance Executive

Location: Gurugram (MG Road)
Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days a Week)
Experience: 7–10 Years
Gender Preference: Male
Qualification: Graduate (Commerce preferred)
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end accounting and finance activities independently.

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations.

• Work extensively on Tally ERP for accounting operations.

• Handle purchase accounting and vendor-related transactions.

• Prepare and finalize Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and other financial reports.

• Ensure timely and accurate GST compliance, return filing, and reconciliations.

• Independently prepare and file TDS returns and manage related statutory compliance.

• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders during audits and financial reviews.

• Monitor statutory compliance and ensure adherence to applicable financial regulations.

• Prepare MIS reports and provide financial data analysis to management.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Accounting, Finance, GST, TDS, and Balance Sheet Finalization.

• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP.

• Ability to independently handle statutory filings and compliance activities.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry will be an added advantage.
