The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, a strong understanding of procurement best practices, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. Key Responsibilities: - Contract Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and negotiate procurement contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are clear, legally compliant, and aligned with company policies. - Procurement Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier selection, bid evaluation, and contract award. - Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce procurement costs without compromising quality. - Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure procurement needs are met and contracts are executed effectively. - Reporting: Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
