In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient order processing and contract management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business operations. In addition, you will get an opportunity to work on various transformation projects focused on process simplification, enhancement and automation. Key Responsibilities Process and manage customer orders by drafting contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Work closely with Sales, Finance, and other Internal teams to resolve order-related issues and improve workflows. Maintain meticulous attention to contract details, ensuring alignment with billing policies. Analyze order management processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency. Assist in revenue recognition processes and support audit requirements. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies efficiently. Utilize Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, SAP, and other tools for reporting, data analysis, and process optimization. Qualifications 5+ years of Order to Cash experience in a high-growth SaaS environment. Business degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management preferred. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact across all levels, functions, and geographies. Problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail. Good understanding of EX platforms would be plus. Customer service-oriented mindset, working collaboratively to improve processes and customer experiences. Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint etc. Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
