Job Description Meet the key performance indicators as set by the TLManage his own deliverables vis-à-vis team deliverables and ensure that all the SLA’s are metPreparation of Journals / ReconciliationsAll activities are performed as per the agreed SOPsMaintain and own the exception & productivity trackerEnsure that the close activities are performed as per the agreed close calendarEffectively review the activities as agreed (checker where applicable)Publish the weekly/ monthly performance dashboards as agreedAbility to reach out to the client counterpart in case of activities are due and impacting TATAbility to get into the detail and come up with process improvement ideas to reduce close cycle time and or flatten the close peak effort requirementDrive continuous process improvementEnsure all DPMs are updated, reviewed and signed off by the client on yearly basis/as and when any major change occurs Qualifications Bachelors Degree Experience Level Mid Level
