Senior Officer / Assistant Manager - Operations and Plant Financial Controller

Sr. Officer/Asst. Manager Controlling Role Summary The Operations / Plant Controller will be responsible for end‑to‑end financial controlling of manufacturing operations . The role focuses on cost control, product costing, inventory management, CAPEX controlling, and performance reporting, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with MANN+HUMMEL standards. Main Tasks Drive plant cost optimization (materials, labor, overheads, supply chain, inventory, and G&A). Manage and roll out standard costing, variance analysis, and product costing in SAP. Lead cost savings, VAVE, and cost‑hunting initiatives. Control and monitor CAPEX planning, approvals, and budget adherence. Oversee inventory levels and improve inventory efficiency. Prepare and analyze management reports, forecasts, and KPIs. Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and group guidelines. Experience CA / CMA (or Inter) or degree in Finance / Business Administration. 2-5 years as a Plant / Operations Controller in manufacturing (Automotive or Auto Ancillary preferred). Strong SAP FICO knowledge: MM/SD exposure is an advantage. Strong analytical, cost control, and business partnering skills. Fluent in English. Experience Level Senior Level
