We are looking for a seasoned professional with strong leadership experience in Investment Banking Operations to lead a large Corporate Actions team. Key Requirements 15+ years of experience in the Investment Banking domain , specifically within Asset Servicing / Corporate Actions Deep expertise in: Mandatory Corporate Actions Dividends Income Processing Experience in Voluntary Corporate Actions is an added advantage Proven experience managing large teams (30–60 members) Strong stakeholder management and risk management capabilities Experience in process migrations (US to India, or Client to Vendor) is preferred Demonstrated experience in transformation, process improvement, and process re‑engineering Willingness to work in night shift (US hours) Willingness to work from office depending on client’s and or organization’s requirement We are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
