Senior Business Analyst Job Description – Senior Business Analyst Experience: 5+ Years Location: Mumbai Mode of Work: Hybrid / Work from Office Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Retail Asset Banking and Loan Origination. The candidate should have hands-on experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, functional documentation, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Conduct requirement elicitation workshops with business stakeholders. Prepare BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Process Flows, Wireframes, and Functional Specifications. Understand and map end-to-end Retail Asset and Loan Origination workflows. Collaborate with Business, Technology, QA, and Delivery teams. Participate in solution discussions and impact analysis. Manage requirement traceability and change requests. Support UAT planning, execution, and defect clarification. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. Independently drive discussions with business and technology teams. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong domain knowledge in Retail Asset Banking and Loan Origination. Strong experience in requirements gathering and functional documentation. Good understanding of business process mapping and analysis. Experience working with business and technology stakeholders. Strong UAT and defect management experience. Ability to independently manage requirements and stakeholder discussions. Experience Level Senior Level
