Configure Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet client requirements. Develop and customize reports using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and other reporting tools. Create and modify HCM extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader) scripts, and other data integration processes. Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware solutions. • Mandatory skill sets Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware solutions. Modules: Absence, Time and Labour, Payroll, workforce planning, HR helpdesk, Oracle digital assistants, Oracle guided learning •Preferred skill sets Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
