Senior Associate-Resource Management-US Business Tax Educational Qualification • Graduate / PG (B. Com., BBA, M.Com.) / MBA with 3-5 years of relevant experience Professional Experience • Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Big 4 or Similar Industry /shared services of large corporates with exposure to working with senior leaders • Experience of working in a cross-cultural environment Learning & Upskilling • Willing to work hard, enthusiastic, and self-motivated • Strong Analytical and interpersonal skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently under a dynamic work environment, working in collaboration with Onshore and Offshore teams • Proficient in MS Office (especially in advanced excel, word and power point) • Effective prioritization, coordination, and stakeholder management skills • Proficient in technology and systems–Resource management tools and Reports.
