Senior Associate - Asset-Backed Securities

Senior Associate 1 - ABS (SFG) Roles & responsibilities Operate and deliver on securitization engagements related to asset-backed securities (ABS), residential backed securities (RMBS) and warehouse facility reviews. Asset cashflow projection and structured debt modeling. Familiarity and mastery of securitization cashflow modeling related to various asset classes such as: Consumer Loans, Equipment, Solar and Digital Infrastructure Review assets/collateral, model, due diligence reports to confirm accuracy; prepare client AUP deliverables (agreed-upon procedures report) and work papers supporting our findings Perform due diligence procedures related to securitizations of various securities collateralized by loans, leases and receivables Preparation of workpapers and final deliverables supporting our findings Roles & responsibilities Operate and deliver on securitization engagements related to asset-backed securities (ABS), residential backed securities (RMBS) and warehouse facility reviews.
