Senior Accounts Manager

Responsible for managing the Accounts & Finance function, leading a team of 3–4 members, ensuring statutory compliance, MIS reporting, banking coordination, contract vetting, and providing commercial support to project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise day-to-day accounting operations and team performance.

2. Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI and statutory compliances.

3. Manage monthly closing, financial statements and MIS.

4. Interact with banks for BGs, EMDs, working capital limits, and treasury requirements.

5. Review financial/commercial terms of contracts and provide commercial inputs to the Project team.

6. Support budgeting, cash flow management, and internal audit requirements.

7. Strengthen internal controls, processes, ERP/finance systems.

8. Collection of dues from Debtors

Experience: 7–12 years in Accounts & Finance, preferably in similar industries.

Qualification: CA/CA Inter/MBA Finance or equivalent.
