About the Role
Courtyard Farms is looking for a Senior Accounts Manager to coordinate day-to-day accounts activities, manage regular compliance work, support the accounts team, and ensure important tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate day-to-day Accounts & Finance activities.
Maintain and review accounting records, reconciliations, receivables, and payables.
Monitor GST, TDS, Income Tax and other applicable compliances and ensure timely follow-up.
Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and review regular MIS and financial reports.
Monitor payments, collections, expenses, and outstanding balances.
Guide the accounts team and follow up on pending work.
Ensure accounting records and documents are properly maintained.
Track important deadlines and ensure required work is completed on time.
Keep management updated on important accounts and compliance matters.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting.
Working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
Organized, responsible, and comfortable managing regular deadlines.
Experience in FMCG, food, dairy, or manufacturing will be an advantage.
