Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally/ERP (sales, purchase, journal, payments, receipts).

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.

• Prepare GST workings, TDS calculations, and coordinate with CA for monthly/quarterly filings.

• Handle vendor bills, labour payments, and site-wise expense tracking.

• Prepare project-wise cost sheets and assist with budgeting.

• Maintain petty cash, bank reconciliation, and oversee cash flow.

• Coordinate with site supervisors for material receipts and consumption records.

• Support management with MIS reports, balance sheets, and financial summaries.

• Oversee payroll, attendance data, and statutory compliances (EPF/ESI) if applicable.

• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, delivery challans, purchase orders, and contracts
