Jewellery Accounting: Handle day-to-day accounting for Gold, Silver, Diamond, and Gemstone stock - including purchase, sales, wastage, melting loss, and job work.
2. Inventory & Stock Valuation: Maintain accurate bullion and finished goods stock in Tally / Jewellery ERP and conduct daily stock reconciliation and monthly physical verification.
3. GST & Statutory Compliance: Responsible for GST filing for gold jewellery (including HSN-wise), TDS, TCS on sale of gold (194Q, 206C), and Gold hallmarking / HUID compliance.
4. Accounts Finalization: Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Creditors/Debtors ledger, and assist in monthly closing and audit.
5. Gold Loan & Schemes: Manage accounting for gold loan transactions, old gold exchange, and monthly jewellery schemes/chit funds.
6. Billing & Costing: Verify karigar bills, job work bills, making charges, and ensure correct tagging, pricing, and gross loss/gain calculation.
7. Bank & Cash Management: Handle daily cash flow, bank reconciliation, gold metal loan accounting, and credit card settlements.
