About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, maintaining financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting the organization’s financial activities. The candidate should have strong analytical skills, sound accounting knowledge, and the ability to handle financial processes efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• · Manage complete day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities

• · Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, invoices, and expenses

• · Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations

• · Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, debit/credit notes, and purchase orders

• · Perform bank reconciliations and ensure proper ledger maintenance

• · Prepare Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statements, and other financial reports

• · Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

• · Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS and financial reports

• · Maintain general ledger entries and update accounting records in Tally ERP

• · Process payroll, employee reimbursements, and vendor payments accurately

• · Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments for financial matters

• · Monitor outstanding payments and maintain proper follow-up with clients/vendors

• · Assist management in budgeting, financial planning, and expense control

• · Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and financial regulations

• · Maintain confidentiality of financial data and company records

Required Skills & Expertise

• · Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management

• · Must have knowledge of preparing Balance Sheet and finalization of accounts

• · Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance

• · Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software

• · Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities

• · Good communication and coordination skills

• · Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

• · High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and time management

Qualification

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com Required)

Preferred Candidate Profile

• · 3–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance

• · Experience in handling company accounts independently

• · Knowledge of financial reporting, Balance Sheet preparation, and compliance procedures

• · Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment

• · Immediate joiners will be an added advantage
