Responsibilities:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reconciliation.
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in accounting software (Tally/ERP)
- Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Prepare and maintain ledger accounts, bank reconciliation, and cash flow statements
- Ensure timely GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconciliation
- Manage TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing
- Assist in finalization of accounts and audit support
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and collections
- Maintain proper documentation and records of invoices, bills, and vouchers
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and internal departments
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws and company policies
✅ Skills Required:
- 3–6 years of experience in accounting/finance role
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations
- Good understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
