About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Manager with a strong background in TDS, GST, and overall accounting compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tax-related filings, financial records, statutory compliance, and supporting the organization in smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting including TDS & GST compliance.

• Handle TDS returns, GST returns, reconciliations, and filings accurately within deadlines.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF/ESI if applicable).

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and MIS reports.

• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities for taxation and audit matters.

• Ensure timely payment of TDS & GST liabilities.

• Identify and implement process improvements for better compliance and accuracy.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounting, TDS, and GST.

• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST Act, and Income Tax Act.

• Hands-on experience with TDS, GST returns, and reconciliations.

• Proficiency in Tally/ERP/Accounting software & MS Excel.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
