Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location:- Karol Bagh and Noida

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (Based on Skills & Experience)

About Us

Company is engaged in the trading and export of mobile phones across multiple brands. We are looking for a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Accountant who can independently manage the complete accounting function of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete accounting operations from entry to finalization of accounts.

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow reports.

• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.

• Manage vendor and customer account reconciliations.

• Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and consultants.

• Monitor inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.

• Process payroll and employee reimbursements.

• Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns and compliance requirements.

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance.

• Strong knowledge of Busy, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and taxation.

• Experience in handling complete accounts independently.

• Knowledge of import/export accounting will be an added advantage.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Honest, responsible, and capable of working under deadlines.

• Must be flexible with working hours as per business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Equivalent qualification.

• Experience in trading, export, or distribution businesses preferred.
