Key Responsibilities:
Manage month-end closings, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and tax regulations. Supervise accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions. Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Mentor junior accounting staff and provide guidance. Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred). 5+ years of accounting experience, with 2+ years in a senior role. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP 9, QuickBooks). Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and deadline management. Leadership experience and effective communication skills.
