### **About the Role:**

We are looking for a sharp and detail-oriented **Assistant Accounts Manager** with a minimum of 3 years of core experience to join our finance team. If you are great with numbers, love analyzing data through Excel, and have a strong grip on taxation, we want to talk to you!

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* **Financial Reporting:** Preparing and managing daily/weekly **MIS Reporting**.

* **Core Accounting:** Handling finalization of **Balance Sheets** and Profit & Loss statements.

* **Taxation & Compliance:** Smooth handling of **GST filing, TDS deductions**, and returns.

* **Data Management:** Managing bulk data and financial records accurately.

### **Required Skills & Qualifications:**

* **Education:** Minimum **B.Com** or any graduation degree related to Finance & Accounts.

* **Advanced Excel Skills:** Must be an expert in VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, and Data Analysis.

* **Software Knowledge:** Experience with accounting software (like Tally/ERP) is a big plus.

* Strong communication and analytical skills.
