We are looking for an experienced Accounts Lead to manage end-to-end accounting operations and financial compliance.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA preferred

• Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience

• Audit firm experience will be an added advantage

• Strong knowledge of:

Tally

GST, TDS & TCS

Income Tax

MIS Reporting

• Experience in:

Bank reconciliation

Ledger scrutiny

Audit coordination

Financial reporting

🌐 Preferred Languages:

• English

• Hindi

• Kannada

(Tamil or Telugu will be an added advantage)

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations

• Monitor accounting entries, vouchers, reconciliations & cash flow

• Handle GST, TDS, TCS & Income Tax compliance

• Coordinate audits, statutory filings & financial reporting

• Lead year-end closing & financial finalization

• Prepare MIS reports to support management decisions

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards & internal controls
