Key Responsibilities & Duties
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
General Ledger & Reconciliations:
Reconcile bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable; manage general ledger entries

Audit & Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits, assist with tax filings, and maintain compliance with accounting regulations (GAAP/IFRS).
Mentorship & Leadership: Provide guidance, training, and review work for junior accountants and bookkeepers.
Process Improvement: Recommend cost-reduction methods, analyze budget variances, and improve internal controls
