Daily Transaction Management:
- Record daily sales, purchases, and expense entries using Busy or Tally software.
- Process accounts payable (vendor payments) and accounts receivable (client collections).
- Perform daily bank and ledger reconciliations to identify discrepancies.
Statutory Compliance:
- Prepare and file periodic GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconcile GST data with books.
- Calculate and deduct TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and manage timely deposits
  Communication: Ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders clearly.
Educational Background:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or a related field is typically the minimum requirement.
- Professional certifications such as CA (Chartered Accountant), CMA (Certified Management Accountant), or ACCA are highly preferred for senior roles.
