Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to join our team in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting, Tally, Advanced Excel, and RERA-related financial compliance.

Candidates with a stable employment history and experience working with the same organization for 4–5 years will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records.

- Maintain accurate accounting entries and financial documentation using Tally.

- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports using Advanced Excel.

- Handle accounting reconciliations, ledger maintenance, and transaction verification.

- Support RERA-related accounting and filing activities, where applicable.

- Coordinate with internal teams for financial reporting and documentation.

- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of accounting activities.

- Maintain proper records and support audits and financial reviews.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate industry.

- Strong knowledge of Tally and Advanced Excel.

- Practical experience in RERA filing and related compliance is preferred.

- CA Inter / Part-Qualified CA qualification preferred.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

- Stable career history, with preference for candidates who have spent 4–5 years in the same company.

- Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
