Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our manufacturing unit based in Hathras. The ideal candidate will manage all financial transactions, Payroll, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, maintain accurate financial records, and support internal and external audits.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage end-to-end accounts payable, including bill verification, processing, and vendor payments.

·         Oversee payroll preparation and ensure timely disbursement of salaries with statutory compliance.

·         Handle GST compliance, including monthly/quarterly returns, reconciliations, and filings.

·         Maintain accurate TDS records, ensure timely deduction, deposit, and filing of returns.

·         Monitor and reconcile bank transactions, payments, and balances to ensure accuracy.

·         Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation for audits.

·         Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and banks for statutory compliance and financial reporting.

Key Requirements:

Education:  B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / ICWA Inter or equivalent.

Experience:

·         Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing setup.

·         Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and statutory compliances.

·         Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally.

·         Good understanding of costing, inventory control, and MIS reporting.

·         Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
