Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive
Location: Lal Darwaja, Surat
Experience Required: 5 – 7 Years
Position Overview:
The Senior Accounts Executive will independently manage end-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and ensure internal controls and audit readiness. This role is crucial in supporting financial accuracy, statutory compliance, and management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain end-to-end accounts for assigned units/divisions, including journals, ledgers, and vouchers.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account closures; handle payables, receivables, and reconciliations.
• Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance; coordinate with auditors.
• Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and cost summaries to support management decision-making.
• Coordinate inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and cost valuation with stores/production departments.
• Maintain internal controls, SOP adherence, ISO/GMP documentation, and ensure audit readiness.
• Manage vendor and customer accounts, record retention, and document control.
