JOB Description

Day to day accounting work.
Bank reconciliation statement.
Sales & Purchase Invoicing
Coordinate with sales person giving scheme, Solved the query Sales Person and Customer.
Making Credit note and Debit note.
Import & Export documentation and Packing List.
Official correspondence.
Maintaining Bank Book, Cash Book and cash flow.
Filling of Professional TAX & VAT Return.
Filling of TDS Return.
Filling GST Return & Annual Return.
Filling of Income Tax Return & Preparation of Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss Accounts.
Co-ordinate with CA.
Handling C from Pending and completion of Assessment Order.
Discussion with Asst. Commissioner or Additional Commissioner regarding Assessment.
Recovery of Income Tax Refund.
