Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced female candidate and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the company's accounting operations, taxation, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, banking, and MIS reporting, with the ability to independently handle the accounts function and support management in financial planning and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain books of accounts.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle Accounts Receivable (Debtors) and Accounts Payable (Creditors).
Monitor customer collections and vendor payments.
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return) and ensure GST compliance.
Manage TDS deductions, return filing, and reconciliations.
Coordinate with CA, auditors, bankers, and government authorities.
Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
Generate MIS reports, profitability reports, and management dashboards.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
Handle e-Invoicing and e-Way Bill processes.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Assist during internal and statutory audits.
Ensure timely closure of monthly and yearly accounts.
